Do you store luggage?
A: Luggage storage facilities are available in a secured room available upon request.
Is there parking?
A: Yes, we offer the convenience of valet parking for $42, plus tax, per night.The height restriction in the Garage is 6'8". We cannot accommodate oversized and specially equipped vehicles.
Is the bed linen feather free/hypo allergenic?
A: The bedding/linen in our guestrooms are hypoallergenic.
Can I bring my pet?
A: While the Hotel Lombardy is not pet friendly, we do welcome service animals. We strive to make all of our guests with disabilities feel comfortable, cared for, and fully able to enjoy of all our hotel services and spaces.
What is the fee for packages delivered prior to arrival?
A: Storage limitations require deliveries no earlier than 72 hours prior to your arrival. Handling and storage charges will be $3.50 per box of 20lbs. or less and $5.50 per box over 20lbs.
Do you have a restaurant and do you offer room service?
A: The hotel offers two dining outlets and we offer room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner until 10:30pm. The lounge is open daily until Midnight.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
A: Yes! It's easy to stay connected to home and office at Hotel Lombardy. We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including in our guest rooms and suites, meeting spaces, and restaurant. You can even check emails in the lounge or by the pool at the Washington Plaza Hotel.
What is the closet airport? Do you provide shuttle service?
A: The closest airport is the DCA Reagan National Airport located less than 6 miles from our doorstep. Transportation to our hotel can be provided via public transportation
Do you have a business Center?
A: Our Front Desk staff is available to assist with minimal request like copying, faxing and printing boarding passes.
What is the distance to the metro?
A: We are located just 0.3 miles from the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro Station and 0.5 miles from the Farragut North Metro Station.
